Expect Board Action for Failing to Query NCCSRS

The North Carolina Controlled Substances Reporting Service (NCCSRS) can tell who prescribes a controlled substance without querying.  NCCSRS sends letters informing prescribers of noncompliance, and it reports noncompliance to the prescriber’s licensing board.  Expect licensing boards to act on this information.
